Return Policy:


RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES
  • You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product either by email (sales@fullmetaltoys.com). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 7 day period begins according to the Fedex and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back Less the shipping costs you paid in the original order. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
  • If for any reason you receive the wrong item or defective/damaged item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.

WHAT CONSTITUTES A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
Statues, bust, prop replicas, and action figures only damage to the actual item itself will be considered for a refund. Our suppliers often ship these items with very little protective packaging, and it is not unusual for the box to pick up small dents and dings while the item itself is undamaged.

  • If you receive a damaged package (shipping carton) due to the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as Fedex may want to pick it up.

    • Please include a copy of your invoice, printed order confirmation, e-mail address, or order number with all returns.
RETURN POLICY FOR COSTUMES
  • Most costume items we sell are returnable/exchangeable, if the following guidelines are met. Other costume retailers will tell you that all sales are final, whereas almost every costume item we carry falls under our 7 Day Return Policy.
  • The following products are NOT returnable: (including, but not limited to):
    • make-up
    • hats
    • wigs
    • beards
    • moustaches
    • eyebrows
    • eyelashes or any other artificial hair item
    • teeth
    • undergarments including stockings.
    • noses.
CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE
  • We MUST BE informed of the return within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item.
  • The item MUST BE shipped back to us via a trackable shipping method within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item.
  • Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging and items. Missing items or items without original packaging will not be credited.
  • The item MUST NOT show any sign of use. The return WILL NOT BE CREDITED if there is any sign of use.
  • The item MUST BE free of hair.
  • The item MUST BE free of smoke smell.

LOST/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

  • If your order does not arrive within a month of the shipping date, let us know, and we will replace your order and recover any applicable insurance from the responsible carrier.
  • We take great care to check items for damage before we ship them, but sometimes packages receive rough handling during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please e-mail us and describe the problem. Once we have approved the return, you can mail the item (and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation) to the above address.
  • We will do our best to replace the item; if we are unable to replace it, we will refund your purchase and shipping.
Placing Orders:
PRE-ORDER / ADVANCE ORDER POLICY
  • Unless you can wait for all items to come in-stock, which could be months apart, Do Not Order In-Stock Items With Pre-Order, Advance Order, or Backorder Items. This will delay your order from being shipped and will generate an incorrect shipping total.
  • From time to time certain items will be allocated from the manufacturer/distributors and we will not be able to fill all orders.
  • Pre-Ordering reserves your merchandise within the limited edition.
    • We feel a “first-come-first-served” approach is the only fair way to serve our customers. Once you order your has been placed with Full Metal Toys you can be assured you will receive your order once the items are ready to ship from our warehouse.
  • Once an edition is sold out, we will accept no further orders. So to make sure you don’t miss out, place your pre-order now.

DO I NEED TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY PRE-ORDER / ADVANCE ORDER NOW?

  • In rare cases we do require a nonrefundable deposit of 35% upon ordering and the remainder will be charged within 10 days of shipping.
    • These items will be clearly notided at the bottom of the Item page.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect Pennsylvania State Sales. All shipments within Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax of 6%.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We will generally allow a customer to cancel an order. There is a cancelation fee of the greater of $5.00, or 15% of the sale price.
