Shipping policy:
- Domestic shipping options include FedEx Home Delivery (3-7 days), FedEx Ground Services (3-7 days), FedEx Express Saver (1-3 days), FedEx 2Day (1-2 days), FedEx Standard Overnight (1 day) or FedEx Priority Overnight (1 day). All packages are insured for the purchase price. You will receive an e-mail with package tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipping.
- We are happy to ship to most international destinations via FedEx International First (4-5 days).. International shipping rates are based on package weight and destination country. All packages are insured for the purchase price. Please see "International Customers" below for customs and taxes information. Please note that the billing and shipping address on all international orders must be the same for us to accept your order.
- Packages that are refused at the time of arrival are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
- International Customers: We declare the full purchase price (not including shipping) and mark items 'merchandise' on the customs declaration. Full Metal Toys is not responsible for any taxes/tarrifs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. Any reufnds are issued for the purchase price of the item(s) ordered in U.S. dollars, regardless of exchange rates.
Quality Control:
All statues, busts, prop replicas and other "fragile" items are visually inspected by us when they arrive to ensure that the items have not been damaged during shipping.
Payment Methods:
Full Metal Toys is an authorized credit card merchant and currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions on Full Metal Toys are secure. US customers must include the CVV2 three digit number on the back of your credit card when placing an order. Orders will not be accepted without the CVV2 number. For International customers, the billing address and shipping address must match for an order to be accepted. This protects both the buyer and seller against credit card fraud.We also accept PayPal and US Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. If paying via PayPal, payment must be submitted during checkout. Also, please note that PayPal may only be used for IN STOCK items. We do not accept PayPal payments for pre-orders. Money orders and cashiers checks must be received within 7 days of placing your order.
If your credit card is declined or invalid, we will contact you via phone. You will then have 72 hours to provide updated payment information. If payment is not received within 72 hours, your open orders will be canceled.
Do you charge sales tax?
Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6.0% sales tax.
When am I charged for my order?
Customers who pay via credit card, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), will only be charged when your order is ready to ship.
Customers who choose to pay via PayPal must submit payment at the time that the order is placed.
Customer who choose to pay via Money Order, must submit payment within 7 days of placing your order.
When will I receive my order?
In Stock items usually ship within 4 - 7 business days.
Pre-ordered items may take up to 6 months to arrive in stock and ship out to you. See item desciption for release date information. Release dates are set by the product manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.
Why should I pre-order?
Pre-ordering usually guarantees that you will receive the items in your order as soon as they are released. It also allows you to secure your items in case of a sellout, which occurs frequently in the collectibles market.
The price of an item may also increase after it is released, so pre-ordering usually means a better price.
Please note that occasionally, a manufacturer or distributor may allocate an item, which may result in Full Metal Toys not receiving all of the products ordered. In these rare situations, your order may be cancelled and a refund issued if the order has already been paid for.
How are multiple shipments handled?
Items in stock are shipped once your order is received, while pre-orders do not ship until they have arrived. Pre-orders cannot be held until all of the items in your order are in stock. This allows you to receive your items in the quickest possible manner.
Product Quantity Policy:
In an effort to assure that our valued and loyal customers have an opportunity to acquire our limited edition products, Full Metal Toys has implemented a policy limiting quantities that may be purchased to two items per person, household and/or credit card. We believe that this policy serves the interests of the true fans and collectors by assuring fair access to the limited supply of these products. Full Metal Toys makes every effort to strictly enforce this policy. We greatly appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled prior to the items shipping to us from the manufacturer. Once an item has shipped to us, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us via email or by phone at 610-621-2399 to cancel an order. All cancelled orders will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
Can I return an order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Full Metal Toys. If you are unhappy with any purchase at Full Metal Toys, you may return it within 7 days of the order arriving at your location for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. The merchandise must be in it's original, unopened package and in the same condition as it was shipped in. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order contains an item that is damaged, we will do our best to get a replacement item for you. Please note that we do not consider an item damaged if the item itself is fine, but the box is not in perfect condition. We often receive items direct from manufacturers and distributors that have been packed with little or no protection, resulting in minor dents or imperfections in the packaging. We will do our best to pack your order to prevent damaged during shipping, but a damaged box does not mean that your order is damaged.

Full Metal Toys sells a variety of museum quality reproductions of fanciful props featured in major motion pictures, television shows and comic books. These are non-functional collectibles and do not represent or imitate any existing weapons, and which comply with the applicable legal requirements related to safety marking.
These prop replicas are intended for private decorative display. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Metal Toys disclaims any liability for its misuse.
Purchaser is responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
