Oh yeah, baby, this is the one. The Constructicons, former pals of Omega Supreme, were the ones who started it all. After being ordered by Megatron to reformat themselves into a single entity stronger than their combined parts, they took the challenge, and after many long nights of hard work, they reemerged as Devastator. Unfortunately, Devastator was not one of the great minds of Cybertron, but he made up for any deficit in pure destructive power.
This polystone statue is the ultimate homage to the Big "D". One can easily picture him towering Godzilla-like above his fellow Decepticons, pounding the walls of Autobot city or taking the Dinobots down to Chinatown; Devastator was unique in that he was one of the few Decepticon combiners that didn't really have an overt Autobot counterpart, with the possible exception of Omega Supreme. The statue is the tableau of some unseen, peripheral battle. The design is intricate, perfectly capturing the overall bulky powerhouse structure of Devastator without losing the individuality of the separate components. A mechanical monster with a grudge against anything sentient.
